오하루(이하 "서비스")는 다음 정보를 수집합니다.
기존 토큰 인증을 지원하는 호환 MCP 클라이언트에서는 이용자가 지시한 할 일 텍스트를 오하루에 보낼 수 있습니다. 지원되는 인증 방식과 연결 가능 여부는 클라이언트마다 다르며, 공개 ChatGPT·Claude OAuth 연결 및 디렉토리 등록은 아직 완료하지 않았습니다. 이 과정에서 오하루는 AI 대화 전체를 받지 않고 이용자가 전송하도록 지시한 할 일 텍스트만 수신합니다. 연동 토큰은 설정 화면에서 폐기할 수 있습니다. 별도의 AI 테마 기능은 이용자가 테마 요청문을 외부 AI에 직접 붙여 넣고 제한된 JSON을 가져오는 방식이며, 할 일·계정·API 키를 요청문에 포함하지 않습니다.
회원 식별 및 로그인, 기기 간 할 일 데이터 동기화, AI 연동을 통한 할 일 자동 등록, 서비스 운영 및 개선을 위해 이용합니다.
계정 삭제는 앱 설정 또는 계정 삭제 화면에서 시작합니다. 본인 확인과 영구 삭제 확인을 거친 후 계정·서버 일정·계정 테마·AI 연동 토큰을 삭제합니다. 활성화되지 않았거나 삭제 완료를 확인할 수 없는 경우 화면에서 상태를 알리며 완료로 표시하지 않습니다. 현재 기기의 로그인·알림·위젯·계정 캐시는 서버 삭제 확인 뒤 정리하고, 별도 게스트 데이터는 유지합니다. 다른 기기의 오프라인 사본과 OS가 보관한 알림·위젯 화면은 즉시 지워지지 않을 수 있습니다. 개인정보 문의는 아래 연락처를 이용할 수 있으며 계정 삭제를 위한 이메일 문의를 필수로 요구하지 않습니다.
호환 MCP 연결은 이용자가 선택한 클라이언트의 인증 방식에 따라 동작합니다. 오하루는 이용자의 할 일·계정 정보를 외부 AI에 자동 전송하지 않습니다. 이용자가 외부 AI에 직접 입력하는 정보는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 정책도 적용받습니다.
서비스는 로그인 유지와 설정 저장을 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)와 쿠키를 사용합니다. 또한 Google AdSense를 통해 광고가 게재될 수 있으며, Google을 포함한 제3자 광고 사업자는 쿠키를 사용해 이용자의 관심사에 기반한 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 Google 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.
시간 알림을 켜면 할 일 제목과 예정 시각이 기기의 OS 알림에 전달됩니다. 잠금 화면의 내용 표시 여부는 OS 설정을 따릅니다. Android 홈 위젯을 사용하는 경우 가까운 시간 지정 할 일의 제목·시각을 기기 안에 저장해 표시하며, 로그아웃 시 지웁니다. 테마는 기기에 저장하고 로그인한 이용자는 계정 설정에 동기화합니다. AI 테마 요청문에는 할 일·계정 정보·API 키를 포함하지 않으며, 외부 AI에 요청문을 붙여 넣는 것은 이용자가 직접 수행합니다. 가져오는 JSON은 제한된 색상 토큰만 허용합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, AI 연동 토큰의 발급 및 폐기 이력도 요청 시 확인할 수 있습니다.

Oharu (the "Service") collects the following information:
A compatible MCP client that supports the existing token authentication can send task text you instruct it to send to Oharu. Authentication support differs by client; public ChatGPT/Claude OAuth connections and directory listings are not yet complete. Oharu receives the instructed task text rather than the full AI conversation. Connector tokens can be revoked in Settings. The separate AI theme workflow lets you paste a theme-only prompt into an external AI interface and import restricted JSON. Its prompt contains no tasks, account details or API keys.
We use personal information to identify members and enable sign-in, synchronize to-do data across devices, automatically register to-dos via AI integration, and operate and improve the Service.
Start account deletion in app Settings or on the account deletion screen. After identity verification and explicit permanent-deletion confirmation, the account, server tasks, account theme and connector tokens are removed. If deletion is unavailable or completion cannot be confirmed, the screen reports that state rather than claiming completion. This device's session, reminders, widget and account cache are cleaned up after server confirmation; separate guest data is kept. Offline copies on other devices and notification/widget snapshots retained by the OS may not disappear immediately. You may use the contact address for privacy inquiries, but email support is not a required step for account deletion.
Compatible MCP connections follow the client authentication method you choose. Oharu does not automatically send your tasks or account information to an external AI service. Information you enter into an external AI interface is also subject to that service's privacy policy.
The Service uses browser storage (localStorage) and cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and save settings. Ads may be served through Google AdSense, and third-party ad vendors including Google may use cookies to show ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
When you enable reminders, task titles and scheduled times are passed to your device's notification system. Lock-screen previews follow your OS settings. The Android home widget stores upcoming timed task titles and times on the device and clears them on sign-out. Themes are stored locally and synchronized through account settings for signed-in users. AI theme prompts contain no tasks, account details, or API keys; you choose whether to paste a prompt into an external AI service. Imported JSON accepts only restricted color tokens.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, including the issuance and revocation history of AI integration tokens.
