1. 수집하는 개인정보

오하루(이하 "서비스")는 다음 정보를 수집합니다.

• 이메일 가입 시: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화 저장)
• 구글 로그인 시: 구글 계정 이메일, 이름, 프로필 사진(구글이 제공하는 기본 정보)
• 서비스 이용 과정: 사용자가 작성한 할 일 데이터, 접속 기록
• 로그인 없이 이용(게스트 모드) 시 할 일 데이터는 서버로 전송되지 않고 이용자의 기기(브라우저 저장소)에만 저장됩니다.

2. 이용 목적

회원 식별 및 로그인, 기기 간 할 일 데이터 동기화, 서비스 운영 및 개선을 위해 이용합니다.

3. 보관 및 파기

개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 삭제를 원하시면 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요.

4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

• Supabase Inc. — 데이터베이스 및 인증 처리(서버 소재지: 대한민국 서울 리전)
• Vercel Inc. — 웹 호스팅
• Google LLC — 구글 로그인(OAuth) 및 광고 게재

5. 쿠키 및 유사 기술

서비스는 로그인 유지와 설정 저장을 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)와 쿠키를 사용합니다. 또한 Google AdSense를 통해 광고가 게재될 수 있으며, Google을 포함한 제3자 광고 사업자는 쿠키를 사용해 이용자의 관심사에 기반한 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 Google 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.

Oharu (the "Service") collects the following information:

• Google sign-in: Google account email, name, and profile photo (basic information provided by Google)
• During use of the Service: to-do data you create and access logs
• When using the Service without signing in (guest mode), to-do data is not sent to our servers and is stored only on your device (browser storage).

2. Purpose of Use

We use personal information to identify members and enable sign-in, synchronize to-do data across devices, and operate and improve the Service.

3. Retention and Deletion

Personal information is deleted without delay when you delete your account or request deletion. To request deletion, please contact us at the address below.

4. Processing Entrustment and Cross-Border Transfer

• Supabase Inc. — database and authentication (server location: Seoul, Republic of Korea region)
• Vercel Inc. — web hosting
• Google LLC — Google sign-in (OAuth) and ad serving

The Service uses browser storage (localStorage) and cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and save settings.
